The Real Insurrectionists

America’s domestic enemies are steadily working toward revolution in hopes of destabilizing the federal government. Minneapolis is ground zero in the fight for our constitution and the rule of law it represents. And the sad part is, not enough of our fellow citizens are even aware of what is happening and why it is happening. When you permit unfettered access to your country to people who have no intention of assimilating into our culture and adopting our customs, this is the result.
The two recent I.C.E. – related killings of professional agitators have just added fuel to a fire that has already been burning for years. We saw evidence of it during Covid and the George Floyd fiasco. But now we have mayors and governors of blue states openly defying federal law by passing legislation that prohibits local and state law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration officials. Article VI of the U.S. Constitution (the Supremacy Clause) is crystal clear about federal law being the supreme law of the land when it comes to immigration. It is a national security issue. President Trump is on firm legal footing by sending I.C.E. into cities and federalizing the national guard to remove people not here legally.
Bill O'Reilly says ICE riots are being paid for by a billionaire, Neville Roy Singham, an American citizen living in Shanghai, China. He works with the Beijing government. He is funneling millions of dollars into America through 501s like the “Party for Socialism and Liberation." Surprise surprise. Much of this left-wing activity in Minnesota and elsewhere is being bankrolled by communists.
Alex Pretti, the 37-year-old nurse who was shot dead during a violent confrontation with federal agents, said he was a member of their neighborhood’s 'Signal ICE' group chat, which is used to rapidly respond to reports of ICE agents in the area.
Police accessed Alex's encrypted phone data and then uncovered a group chat called “Kingfield Signal I.C.E. watch group.” The FBI is investigating whether that signal chat group in Minneapolis illegally tracked ICE and border patrol vehicles and shared updates on real time locations. FBI Director Kash Patel told podcaster Benny Johnson that one “cannot create a scenario that illegally entraps and puts federal law enforcement in harm’s way. Patel says the government must balance citizens’ constitutional rights with preventing the incitement of violence and threatening law enforcement.
It's unfortunate when anyone loses their lives, but democrats’ incendiary rhetoric is making a volatile situation worse. Governor Tim Walz invoked Anne Frank’s name at a recent press event. Was he suggesting Trump’s Brown Shirts were coming to round up dissenters and take them to concentration camps? It’s a tactic the Left has employed for decades; label as “racist” or antisemitic, anyone espousing any political philosophy that doesn’t fit the communist narrative. Minnesota’s Lieutenant Governor is even more unhinged than her boss. In a social media post Peggy Flanagan urged her fellow Minnesotans who are “sick and tired of your government being ransacked by President Trump and his minions, then show up; put your body on the line.” Renee Good and Alex Pretti tried that, and we saw how that ended.
Cooler heads need to prevail. If tensions spill out of control, the president should invoke the Insurrection Act which gives the president the authority to deploy the Armed Forces and to federalize the National Guard units of the individual states to maintain civil order and to repel armed rebellion against the federal government. Let’s hope and pray it doesn’t come to that.
A Different Kind of Leader
Donald Trump, for better or worse(I think for the better) is unlike any president we have ever had, at least not since the early nineteenth century. His detractors, of whom there are many, call him a “fascist “not knowing what the word means, or a Nazis or an antisemite. Laughable. Like him or not, 47 is the most impactful President since Andrew Jackson, another president of Scottish ancestry whom the elites of his day underestimated, but who was able to connect with the common man.
Two issues that show Trump is playing chess while other world leaders play checkers are his desire to acquire Greenland and his so-called Peace Board. The President says he seeks Greenland for purposes of national defense. Situated between North America and the Arctic, the island is viewed by Trump as a prime piece of real estate and the perfect location for early warning systems in the event of a missile attack. Unfortunately, the president’s heavy-handed explanation as to why he is eyeing Greenland is what’s drawing the headlines, not the strategic importance of Greenland, a semi-autonomous territory of Denmark for some 800 years. Although sparsely populated (56,000), the island is six times the size of Germany and is also being eyed by Russia and China for its vast natural resources.
The formation of President Trump’s Peace Board is phase two of his plan to end the war in Gaza and promote peace around the world. According to a statement from the White House, it is a 20-point comprehensive plan for “lasting peace, stability, reconstruction and prosperity in the region.” Obviously, the United Nations, no friend of Israel, has been unwilling or unable to broker any lasting peace in the region. Hopefully, this is a first step toward jettisoning the world body from U.S. soil. The U.N. despises America and its values and hates Israel even more.
